I was born in Tampa, FL and grew up in a small town in North Florida near Gainesville. Many people think I am from Tennessee or Alabama because of my southern accent. It is fun to tell them I have lived in Florida all my life. I became a licensed realtor in 2010. My personal knowledge of the Sunshine State's many idyllic locations serves as a strong realtor advantage. My husband Mike and I moved to the city of Punta Gorda in the summer of 2014. I couldn't wait to dig in and start my real estate career in Southwest Florida. My experience furnishing model homes in Gainesville has really paid off. I started helping sellers with their outside patio or lanai. After all, outdoor living is what Florida is all about. After seeing the results, I started staging the inside too.
